– 3-8 years experience in IT. Should have good OOPs concept and knowledgeable in Java basics, JEE and be aware of the latest technologies.
– Should have JSP, Servlets, Struts, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, JMS, JBoss, Tomcat.
– Exposure to JQuery, Ajax, Webservices would be an added advantage.
– Should be able to design and develop the architecture for a given requirement
– Must possess good communication skills with the ability for customer interactions at senior leadership levels.
